Frequently asked questions
Where are ElfCraft Studio kits made?
Our elf kits are designed and packaged in Boston, MA, USA. Every daily surprise is assembled here before it ships to your door.
Which elf kit length should I choose?
Pick the countdown that fits your December: 7 days for a first taste of the tradition, 12 for busy families, 24 for the classic December 1–24 run, or 30 for the full month of magic.
Do I need to buy an elf doll separately?
Yes — our kits include scenes, props, and activities, but not the doll itself. They pair with any standard Christmas elf doll, including the Elf on the Shelf®.
When should I order my 2026 elf kit?
Order in October. Our kits ship ahead of the season and the most popular countdowns sell out before December.
Can I use your props with another brand's kit?
Absolutely. All of our elf props and accessories are sized for standard Christmas elf dolls, so they work with any kit — ours or anyone else's.
